Their Customer Service is absolutely excellent! All of their staff was professional very welcoming! The doctor was extremely informative, Actually spent time going through all the details of my dental plan, Was not in a rush and made the overall experience great! Even my 14-year-old son said this is the best dentist we’ve ever been to!

When we moved to the area last year we really fretted having to find an establish new healthcare providers. One of the scariest is always finding a new dentists. Great Smiles Dental Care in Surprise is fantastic. From the front office all the way to the dental chair, you are greeted with a smile and made to feel at ease. I would highly recommend Great Smiles Dental Care.

Dr. Wendelschafer is incredible, very nice and polite. Today I visited his office and was greeted by the sweetest receptionists and most welcoming environment. My experience today and moving forward will definitely be outstanding. I have a few more appointments meeting with him on some cosmetic dentistry I am having done. While nervous about the procedure, Dr Eric and his staff seemed to make everything feel okay and really put me at ease. Thank you to Dr Eric and staff for making my visit one of the best and soon to be one of the most memorable experiences I have had. Cannot wait for my new smile!

Dr Eric Wendelschafer is gentle and calm while doing his dental work on you, and does excellent work. I had 2 dental implants placed and the whole process went very good. Him and his staff are very friendly and professional. Highly recommend coming here for all your dental needs. 🥰

I have an upcoming surgery and I wasn’t informed until the last minute that if I needed any dental work done, to get it done before surgery. Great Smiles Dental was able to fit me in quickly! Not knowing what kind of dental work was needed, I went to my first dental appt., had a one tooth extracted, had a temporary bridge fitted, all in one visit. Everyone from the front desk receptionist to the dental hygienist, Dr Eric and even the cutest little poodle dog, was AMAZING! Never felt so welcome and comfortable with a dentist! I was terrified, but they made me feel so relaxed and just an overall pleasant experience. Thank you everyone!
